Thank you for your interest in the Sheboygan Police Benevolent Association Scholarship. In order to complete the online application you will need to attach a copy of your high school transcript and scholarship essay.

We recommend that you collect a digital copy of your transcript and complete your essay BEFORE completing the remainder of this application as there is no save feature and you will not be able to submit the application without the required attachments.

Additionally, at the end of this application you will be required to attest to the veracity of all information submitted and that the applicant has not been convicted of a crime.
